Order Confirmation and Processing

Your order is confirmed when we send you a confirmation, in the form of a confirmation page or email (“Order Confirmation”).

If you do not receive an Order Confirmation after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm whether or not your order has been placed. Only you may be aware of any problems that may occur during the purchase process. We will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you assume that an order was not placed because you failed to receive confirmation.

Please be advised that SEACRETS cannot guarantee the authenticity of tickets obtained through any third-party seller or other sources. Counterfeit and other invalid tickets will not be honored. If the concert ticket is being sold on seacretsboutique.com– the tickets can only be purchased online at seacretsboutique.com or in person at the Boutique located in Seacrets (unless specified otherwise on social media or on any of our websites).

Order Pick Up Policy

All ticket purchases are in person, will call pick up. No tickets will be shipped or provided electronically. Tickets will be available for pick up prior to the event up until 30 minutes after the event starts. Please refer to your confirmation email for the dates tickets are available for pick up prior to the event. To pick up the tickets you need your ID and order number. Please note the pick up person must be the person who placed the order, and be the name on the order.

Canceled Events

If an event is canceled, no action is required to obtain a refund; we will issue a refund to the original method of payment used at time of purchase.

Rescheduled/Postponed Events

If an event is postponed, rescheduled, or moved, your tickets are still valid for the new date and no further action is required. Emails will be sent to ticket holders notifying them of any available refund options for the event.

Order Shipping Policy

All merchandise (non ticket) purchases will be shipped to the address supplied in the ‘ship to’ the field of the order. Online orders cannot be picked up in person.

Venue Code of Conduct

You agree that you will comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations. If you are asked to leave the event due to your misconduct you are not entitled to a refund.

ID Policy

We only accept the following forms of photo ID:

  • Driver’s license issued from the Motor Vehicle Administration or Department of Motor Vehicles
  • Identification Card issued from the Motor Vehicle Administration or Department of Motor Vehicles
  • Passport Books (must be typed passport)
  • United States ID Passport Cards
  • United States Military CAC Identification card (white with microchip)

We do not accept:

  • Expired documents (expired IDs are NOT valid)
  • DMV/MVA paper Driver’s License or extensions
  • No pictures or digital documents of IDs or Renewals
  • Any other form of ID not mentioned above

Dress Code

  • Pants and shorts must be worn around the waist.
  • No thong suits.
  • No excessively ripped or torn clothing.
  • No brimless headgear (bandanas, skullcaps, etc).
  • No long T-shirts hanging below pant pockets.
  • No extra-long shorts below the bottom of the calf.
  • No offensive, vulgar, and/or inappropriate clothing.
  • No excessively long collared/button-up shirts
  • No motorcycle colors
  • No blow-up props or laser pointers.

Effective at 6pm upon entry:

  • Shirt and shoes must be worn.
  • No sunglasses after dark.

Bag Policy

No backpacks (one compartment bags and purses are permitted.) No bags Memorial Day Weekend. No helmets.

Minor Policy (Seacrets)

Guests under the age of 21 are not permitted to attend ticketed events, concerts, be in the bay, in the nite club, or on the pier at any time.

***Seacrets welcomes families with minors to enjoy a meal in our dining sections and must be completed by 10pm. (We will stop seating groups with minors based on wait times.) We require that all guests under the age of 21 be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, and be seated in our dining areas throughout their stay.***

Minor Policy (Distillery)

All guests must be 21+ with valid ID to enter the premises or take the Distillery Tour. No minors: no children, no infants.

Refunds, Credits, and Exchanges

Tickets

All sales are final, and nontransferable, and refunds are only allowed in limited circumstances, as explained in this section and the Canceled, Postponed, Rescheduled and Moved Events section above. Policies set forth by Seacrets generally prohibit issuing exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased, or for lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed tickets. Tickets therefore cannot be replaced if they are lost, stolen, or damaged.

  • If the event is canceled: no action is required to obtain a refund; we will issue a refund to the original method of payment used at time of purchase
  • If the event is postponed, rescheduled, or moved: your ticket(s) are still valid, and no further action is required. However, Seacrets may approve refunds for the event; any refund and/or credit policies are determined on an event-by-event basis by Seacrets, and may be subject to limitations set by Seacrets.

Online Retail

All merchandise sales are subject to returns/exchanges, unless specified in their description.

  • Damaged Item(s): We must be notified via e-mail, [email protected], with a photo reflecting the damage within 48 hours of delivery
  • Eligible for Returns: All items must be unworn, unwashed, scent free, pet hair free and in the original condition in which they were received. Hang tags and original packaging are helpful, but not necessary. We reserve the right to deny any return requests that do not meet our guidelines. Please completely fill out the return form, and enclose it with your item upon shipping. The customer pays return shipping. Shipping is non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not liable for return items in transit. If you are approaching a return deadline please feel free to contact us at the aforementioned e-mail address
  • Final Sales: As stated on the website, all discounted and specialty items are FINAL SALE. This includes, but is not limited to: Bike Week apparel, St. Patrick’s Day apparel, Anniversary T-shirts, etc.

Distillery Tours

All sales are final, and nontransferable, and refunds are only allowed in limited circumstances, as explained in this section. Policies set forth by Seacrets generally prohibit issuing exchanges or refunds after a tour has been purchased.

  • If the tour day/time is canceled by Seacrets Distilling Company: No action is required on your part. A member of staff will contact you and get your tour rescheduled, or a refund will be issued if the new day/time does not work for you.

Chargebacks and Other Refund Prohibitions

You agree that you will not attempt to evade, avoid, or circumvent any refund prohibitions in any manner with regard to tickets you purchased. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you will not contact us to seek a refund or exchange from us when we are prohibited from providing one, and you will not dispute or otherwise seek a “chargeback” from the company whose credit card or other method of payment you used to purchase tickets from the Site. Should you do so, your tickets are subject to immediate cancelation, and we may, in our sole discretion, refuse to honor pending and future ticket purchases made from all credit card accounts or online accounts on which such chargebacks have been made, and may prohibit future purchases from all persons in whose name the credit card accounts exist, and from any person who accesses any associated online account or credit card or who otherwise breaches this provision from using the Site.

Content Provided by Users

The Owner allows Users to upload, share or provide their own content to this Site. By providing content to this Site, Users confirm that they are legally allowed to do so and that they are not infringing any statutory provisions and/or third-party rights.

Rights Regarding Content Provided by Users

Users acknowledge and accept that by providing their own content on this Site they grant the Owner a non-exclusive, fully paid-up and royalty-free license to process such content solely for the operation and maintenance of this Site as contractually required.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Users waive any moral rights in connection with content they provide to this Site.

Users acknowledge, accept and confirm that all content they provide through this Site is provided subject to the same general conditions set forth for content on this Site.

Liability for Provided Content

Users are solely liable for any content they upload, post, share, or provide through this Site. Users acknowledge and accept that the Owner does not filter or moderate such content. However, the Owner reserves the right to remove, delete, block or rectify such content at its own discretion and to, without prior notice, deny the uploading User access to this Site:

  • if any complaint based on such content is received;
  • if a notice of infringement of intellectual property rights is received;
  • upon order of a public authority; or
  • where the Owner is made aware that the content, while being accessible via this Site, may represent a risk for Users, third parties and/or the availability of the Service.

The removal, deletion, blocking or rectification of content shall not entitle Users that have provided such content or that are liable for it, to any claims for compensation, damages or reimbursement.

Users agree to hold the Owner harmless from and against any claim asserted and/or damage suffered due to content they provided to or provided through this Site.

Site & Social Media Code of Conduct

You agree that you will comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, and that you will not:

  • Restrict or inhibit any other person from using the Site;
  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose;
  • Express or imply that any statements you make are endorsed by us, without our prior written consent;
  • Impersonate any person or entity, whether actual or fictitious, including any employee or representative of our company;
  • Submit (a) any content or information that is unlawful, fraudulent, libelous, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable, or infringes our or any third party’s intellectual property or other rights; (b) any non-public information about companies without authorization; or (c) any advertisements, solicitations, chain letters, pyramid schemes, surveys, contests, investment opportunities or other unsolicited commercial communication;
  • Submit, or provide links to, any postings containing material that could be considered harmful, obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit, indecent, lewd, violent, abusive, profane, insulting, threatening, harassing, hateful or otherwise objectionable, includes the image or likeness of individuals under 18 years of age, encourages or otherwise depicts or glamorizes drug use (including alcohol and cigarettes), characterizes violence as acceptable, glamorous or desirable, or contains any personal contact information or other personal information identifying any third party;
  • Submit, or provide links to, any postings containing material that harasses, victimizes, degrades, or intimidates an individual or group of individuals on the basis of religion, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender, age, or disability;
  • Engage in spamming or flooding;
  • Harvest or collect information about Site users;
